The 435 Woodmont Road property was sold to a New York based buyer who "was represented by Sovereign, LLC, and intends to use the building for their own business operations, adding to the vibrancy of the Milford business community," according to a statement. The property was home to Reliable Tool for several decades. The building is 20,120 square feet with 3,000 square feet of office space and a loading dock. "We continue to see a low inventory of available space for sale as well as for lease and expect this latest acquisition to impact the local economy positively," Jon Angel, president at Angel Commercial, LLC, said in a statement. The property is located "within the highly desirable Milford Industrial Area, minutes from the U.S. Post Office Hub, banks, shopping, restaurants, and hotels, making it a coveted space for businesses seeking a convenient location," according to the statement.
