Fugitive From Justice Held on a $250,000 Bond in Milford
Police say the woman, who was from Milford, will be extradited back to California, where she is wanted for parole violation.
Milford Police say they were conducting a routine motor vehicle stop on Woodmont Road when they learned the vehicle operator was wanted on an arrest warrant for violation of parole in California.
Investigation led to the arrest of Stephanie Horowitz, of Londonberry Lane, on Aug. 6 at 2:30 p.m., police say.
Horowitz is charged with being a fugitive from justice.

She was placed under arrest and will be extradited back to California, police say. She was held on a $250,000 bond.
