Highly Anticipated Eatery Opens In Milford
The eatery recently had its "soft" opening with limited hours and catering, with its regular hours coming soon, according to the owners.
MILFORD, CT — A highly anticipated deli recently had its “soft” opening in Milford.
R&M Cutlet CO. opened its doors at 575 New Haven Avenue with limited hours and for catering over the holidays.
According to R&M Cutlet's Facebook page, it states that it is "Milford's authentic Italian deli and catering. From signature cutlets, imported Italian salumi to house-made spreads crafted with simple, fresh ingredients. R&M...A CUTLET above the rest."

The owners announced in June that the eatery was “coming soon” to Milford.
“Thank you for your patience while we continue to establish our regular schedule,” the owners posted on Facebook on Sunday.

The eatery’s temporary hours for this week are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 30, Wednesday, Dec. 31, Friday, Jan. 2, Saturday, Jan. 3, and Sunday, Jan. 4. It is closed on New Year’s Day.
Regular hours are coming soon, according to the post on Facebook.
One customer who recently visited the eatery, wrote on Facebook, “Welcome to the neighborhood, this was a long time coming. But, I must say WELL WORTH THE WAIT. It was a pleasure meeting you on opening day. Best of luck to you. Excellent food.”
