Man Accused Of Burglarizing Business, Given $250,000 Bond: Milford Police
He was taken into custody while he was awaiting arraignment at Milford Superior Court for a separate case, police said.
MILFORD, CT — Juan Rivera-Colon, 37, was taken into custody by Milford police last week, while he was awaiting arraignment at Milford Superior Court for a separate case, police said.
Police said they hold an active arrest warrant for Rivera-Colon where he is accused of burglarizing a business in July 2025. Police said in an email that he is accused of burglarizing a business where he used to work, which is located on Woodmont Road, and stealing tools. The total value of items taken was $1,200, police said.
He is charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.
