An East Haven man was recently arrested in Milford for allegedly stealing copper ground bars from a worksite at 185 Research Drive.
Christopher Rosa, 24, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree larceny for the alleged incident on April 16.
