Suspects Steal $6K Worth Of Merchandise, Try To Return It: Milford PD
The cashier rang up the merchandise, but the suspects left the store with the merchandise without paying for it, police said.

MILFORD, CT – After stealing over $6,000 worth of merchandise from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Milford, a Michigan teen attempts to return the stolen merchandise at the North Haven location, police said.
On Wednesday, Oct. 4 officers responded to Dick’s Sporting Goods for a shoplifting complaint, police said.
The loss prevention officer stated they observed Terrell Davis, 19, of Michigan and two other men select merchandise and brought them up to the register, police said.

The cashier rang the merchandise up, worth $6,233, but the men left without paying, police said.
A short time later, the store was notified that a large return was being attempted at the Dick’s Sporting Goods store in North Haven, police said.

Davis was positively identified and taken into custody and charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.
The other suspects fled and couldn’t be located at this time, police said.
