Milford Custodian Selected as Employee of the Month for June 2015
City of Milford said the custodian's smallest of details is representative of the pride he has in his work.

One year ago, the City of Milford held the first Employee of the Month celebration. For the past year they have recognized outstanding, dedicated and service-oriented individuals, and this month is no exception, the reported in a press release.
After a review of all of the nominations, the Selection Committee unanimously chose James “Jimmy” Wilhelm as the winner for his dedicated service and outstanding customer service.

Wilhelm began his employment with the City of Milford as a Custodian on May 11, 1987. The position of a Custodian is to ensure the buildings are kept neat, clean, free from clutter, and safe. Wilhelm exceeds all expectations of his position as a Custodian.
He is highly diligent, carrying out daily tasks as well as quickly addressing any issues that may arise at the Parsons Government Complex. Wilhelm’s attention to the smallest of details is representative of the pride he has in his work. Wilhelm performs all of his tasks in a professional manner with a positive attitude.

Wilhelm is highly conscientious and always strives to provide excellent response time and service to issues that arise throughout the day. To top his dedication to work, Wilhelm is very personable, courteous and friendly.
These are just a few of the many reasons the Mayor extends his sincere congratulations and appreciation to Wilhelm for the outstanding attributes he exhibits as Employees of the Month.
