Milford Hospital Offering Health Screenings

From Milford Hospital: Milford Hospital will be offering Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar and Cholesterol screenings on Monday, April 17th, 2017 from 4:00 pm – 6:15 pm at the hospital, 300 Seaside Avenue in Milford. Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose testing will be offered free of charge.

There is a $15.00 fee for cholesterol testing. These are non-fasting, finger stick screening tests.
