A Milford man was arrested late Monday night for driving under the influence after his car allegedly struck a parked vehicle on Deerwood Avenue, according to police.
Paul Fugiero, Jr., 71, also reportedly refused to perform a breathalyzer test during the investigation. Police received a complaint about the incident, which led to his arrest at 11:25 p.m.
Fugiero was held on a $500 bond and faces charges of failure to drive right and not having insurance. He is due in court on Oct. 16.
