Milford Police Blotter: Striking An Officer, Assault, Disorderly Conduct

The following arrest information was provided by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate convictions

Matthew Frost, 22, of Summit Avenue in Milford, was charged April 4 with assault on a police officer. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court April 29. No other information was available from Milford Police at the time of his release. 

Julia Thomas, 28, of Pidgeon Drive in Springfield, Mass., was charged April 4 with sixth-degree larceny. According to police, officers received a complaint regarding a shoplifting incident that occurred at Marshall's on the Boston Post Road. An investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for Thomas, who is accused of taking $100 worth of merchandize from the store without paying for it, police said. She was released on a promise to appear in court April 29.

Anthony Deegan, 26, of Carroll Road in Stratford, and Yanina Haines, 23, of Plains Road in Milford, were both charged with second-degree breach of peace. Deegan was additionally charged with interfering with an emergency call. According to police, officers received a 911 hang-up phone call requesting police assistance at a Plains Road residence. And investigation led to the arrest of Deegan and Haines, who are accused of engaging in a physical altercation with each other — with Deegan allegedly disrupting a 911 call Haines was making to police during the incident, police said. They were both released on a promise to appear in court April 7.

Pedro Gonzalez, 73, of Bonair Circle in Milford, was charged April 5 with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. According to police,  officers received a complaint regarding a distiburance between neighbors on Bonair Circle. An investigation led to the arrest of Gonzalez, who is accede of grabbing the victim by the neck, scratching and kicking him. Police said Gonzales threatened harm to the victim during the dispute over parking a vehicle in the roadway. He was released on a promise to appear in court April 29.

Christopher Mill, 19, of Treat Street in West Haven, was charged April 5 with disorderly conduct. According to Milford Police, officers received a complaint regarding a disturbance at a Milford residence. An investigation led to the arrest of Miller, who is accused of shoving a relative during an argument. He was released on a promise to appear in court April 7.

Michael Pisano, 52, of Woodmont Road in Milford, was charged April 6 with second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction. According to Milford Police, officers took custody of Pisano regarding two outstanding warrants for his arrest. Pisano is accused of failing to appearing court March 10 for chargers stemming from an arrest in Milford on March 1 for breach of peace, disorderly conduct and interfering with police. Pisano is also accused of failing to respond to an infraction issued to him by the Ansonia Police Department on Sept. 16, 20013 for creating a public disturbance, police said. He was held on a bond amount of $603.

Christopher Wesolowski, 24, of Granville Avenue in Milford, was charged April 6 with disorderly conduct. According to police, officers receive a complaint regarding a disturbance at a Granville Avenue resident. An investigation led to the arrest of Wesolowski, who is accused of striking a relative with a sandwich. He was released on a promise to appear in court April 7.
