80-Page Report On Milford's Future Released, Public Hearings Scheduled

Milford's Plan of Conservation and Development establishes a vision for the City and helps guide decision-makers on policy changes.

MILFORD, CT — Milford’s 2032 Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) draft has been released, and city officials are asking for public comment.

The POCD establishes a vision for Milford’s physical form, economic and social health and quality of life. The vision provides a foundation for policy and funding decisions and informs the city’s zoning regulations, which protect the health, safety and welfare of the people of Milford.

Two public hearings are scheduled for the public to provide input: Wednesday, May 17, at 7 p.m. and Wednesday, May 24, at 7 p.m.

POCD meetings will be held virtually through Zoom.
