MILFORD, CT – The city of Milford is hosting a ceremony to pay tribute to the victims and honor the survivors and those who aided in the recovery efforts during the events of Sept. 11, 2001.

The ceremony is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 11, at Live Oaks Elementary School, 575 Merwin Ave.
