MPD Makes Cocaine Arrest at Milford Inn

Suspect allegedly refuses treatment then gets arrested.

Milford police arrested a 42-year-old Waterbury resident Saturday after being called to the Milford Inn for a medical emergency.

Angela White is charged with possession of narcotics for allegedly being found in possession of .5 grams of cocaine.

Police said they were called to assist fire officials at the scene of a medical emergency at the Old Gate Lane hotel at about 8 p.m. Saturday.

After White refused treatment, she was taken into custody, police said. White was released on a promise to appear for a court date on May 7.
