Car Stolen From Mall Parking Lot, 4 Teens Charged: Milford Police

May 5

• A purse was taken out of the passenger seat of a vehicle from the lot at Walmart while the driver was getting into the driver’s seat, police said.
• About 20 cars were reported at Walmart for a car meet-up. The vehicle dispersed upon the officer’s arrival, police said.

May 6

• A catalytic converter was stolen from a Prius on Old Gate Lane, police said.
• A catalytic converter was stolen from a Hyundai on Benham Avenue, police said.
• A man was charged with a DUI on Boston Post Road, police said.
• A large group of ATVs was reported at Eisenhower Park and Foote Field. The ATVs dispersed and traveled into Orange, police said.
• A woman was charged with DUI on Melba Street, police said.
• Three women were charged on warrants stemming from a fight at Gulf Beach in April, police said.
• A DUI investigation was initiated after a motorcycle crashed into a tree on Old Field Lane, and the operator was treated for injuries, police said.
• Theft of a Ford Escape from Bridgeport Avenue was reported, police said.

May 7

• A woman was charged after a domestic incident on Salem Walk, police said.
• A woman was charged stemming from a domestic violence warrant that occurred on May 1, police said.
• A woman is accused of shoplifting at Macy’s, police said.
• A window was smashed on a Hyundai Tucson at the mall, police said. The suspects fled on foot. A short time later, a Hyundai Elantra was stolen from the mall and the driver fled into Orange, police said. The Orange Police Department notified the Milford Police Department that the vehicle had crashed, and four occupants had been apprehended, police said. Four juveniles were charged with the car theft, police said.
