Obituary: Nancy Lee Barbieri, 80, of Milford
Nancy, always loving and devoted to her family, worked as a travel agent and owned and operated Barbieri Travel Services for 31 years.
MILFORD, CT - (From Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home) Nancy Lee Barbieri, age 80, of Milford, beloved wife of Gennaro Barbieri for 61 years, died on Sunday, March 21, 2021.
Nancy was born in Holyoke, MA on February 16, 1941 to the late Daniel and Lucy Schmelling Zimmerman.
She was a travel agent and owned and operated Barbieri Travel Services for 31 years. She was an active parishioner of Christ the Redeemer Church and a Past Commander of The Milford Power Squadron.

Nancy loved to travel to many different countries and especially loved cruises. Survivors include her children: Lisa Barbieri of VA, Matthew Barbieri of Bristol, Steven Barbieri of VA, Christopher Barbieri (Karla) of MA and Leeann Ziebell (John) of New Haven, 11 grandchildren; Gina, Anthony, Andrew, Candace, Christian, Jonathan, Daniel, Joseph, Jeffery, Eric and Benjamin, two great-grandchildren and two sisters, Karen Carter (Paul) and Erica Crossman both of Maine and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, March 29th at 10:30 am in Christ the Redeemer Church, Milford.

Interment will follow in Saint Mary Cemetery, Milford.
