Obituary: Sharon Cataldo, 76, Of Milford

Sharon Cataldo, 76, of Milford, beloved wife of James Cataldo, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2023. Born on October 26, 1946 in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Ruth Dessureau.

Sharon was a lifelong resident of Milford. She was a graduate of Harding High School and devoted 35 years as an employee of Westport International. Sharon was also an animal lover.

Along with her husband, Sharon leaves behind her nieces and nephews, Jay (Jill) Moran, Donna (Paul) Wydra, Scott (Jeannette) Moran, Jeffrey (Monique) Cataldo, Melissa (Steve) Bizzotto, Lisa Dessureau, Tina (Brian) Stollmer, and Keith Dessureau Jr.; siblings-in-law, Richard and Marie Cataldo, Jerry and Diane Cataldo, and Eleanor Moran; and many great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Arthur Moran and Keith Dessureau.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Cody-White Funeral Home 107 Broad Street, Milford, CT 06460. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. that day at Trinity Lutheran Church, 21 Robert Treat Pkwy, Milford. Burial will follow at Kings Highway Cemetery, 271 Cherry St., Milford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the CT Humane Society.
