The property, located at 39 Clinton Street, is on the auction block and the borough is holding an inspection for potential bidders on Saturday, April 9, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., The Milford Mirror reports.

The property restrictions include use as a single-family home.

Written bids must be submitted to the Woodmont Borough Clerk between April 13-15, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and accompanied by a certified check of $10,000, according to the report.
