A Richards Drive resident told police Oct. 31 that his 1996 Jeep Cherokee had been entered sometime overnight and his $200 pair of Oakley sunglasses and $200 Garmin GPS unit were stolen. Police said the vehicle had been locked with the exception of the driver's side door, adding nothing else appeared missing or disturbed.A Black BagOfficers were dispatched to Hattertown Road, near Woods Row, at 3:52 p.m. Nov. 1 on the report of a black bag found on a guardrail.Police said they observed a black canvas duffel-style bag with the word "SOBE" printed on it. The bag contained children's clothing, shoes, toys and headbands, according to the report.If the owner is reading this, you can call the Monroe police at 203-261-3622 to get it back.
