A Jeep was Broken Into On Richards Drive
Police also have a black duffel bag someone lost on Hattertown Road.

A Richards Drive resident told police Oct. 31 that his 1996 Jeep Cherokee had been entered sometime overnight and his $200 pair of Oakley sunglasses and $200 Garmin GPS unit were stolen.
Police said the vehicle had been locked with the exception of the driver's side door, adding nothing else appeared missing or disturbed.

A Black Bag
Officers were dispatched to Hattertown Road, near Woods Row, at 3:52 p.m. Nov. 1 on the report of a black bag found on a guardrail.

Police said they observed a black canvas duffel-style bag with the word "SOBE" printed on it. The bag contained children's clothing, shoes, toys and headbands, according to the report.
