Big Weather Changes for Monroe: Dramatic Change in Temps, Windy and Some Rain

We're going from mid summer temps to feeling like winter is actually around the corner in Monroe. BREAKING

MONROE, CT — Enjoy the temperatures today in Connecticut as you’ll need to remove those air conditioners you had to put back in this week and turn the heat back on Saturday. We’re in for kind of a rude awakening as temps will be seasonal this weekend and won’t even hit 60 degrees.

This is a big change from just a day or two when high temps in parts of Connecticut were in the mid 80s. Over the next seven days temps at night will start to dip below 40 degrees and temperatures will struggle to remain in the low 50s during the day.

The one thing we desperately need is rain, lots of it, and we saw some last night and we’ll get a bit more on Friday but after that it’s looking very dry once again over the next seven days.
