The Edith Wheeler Memorial Library has begun accepting returns of books and other materials in their outdoor book drops. While online services are continuing, the doors of the building will remain closed to the public.
The library currently has several thousand items checked out and they ask that patrons hang onto their books and come back another day if the book drop is full. All fines have been waived from March 20th through June 30th, so it is okay to return things at a later date if there is no space. Also, patrons should understand that books are not currently being transported between libraries. If you have checked items out at another local library, it is suggested that you return them where you got them if at all possible. Patrons can link to http://www.ewml.org/returns2020/ for more information.
Please do NOT leave any donations at this time.

The popular Library-to-Go curbside service is scheduled to resume in mid-June. Another more detailed communication will be sent out when that service becomes available.
