Dennis Raymond Cassia, 73, a Stratford Fire Department assistant chief, longtime Monroe volunteer firefighter, Connecticut Fire Academy instructor, comet hunter, eclipse chaser, pilot, and astronomy enthusiast whose photographs were published in Sky & Telescope, died Sept. 18, 2025.

Nancy Joan Beaupre, 88, a former payroll clerk at Stop & Shop who enjoyed reading, watching "General Hospital" and "Judge Judy," and caring for her grandsons, died Sept. 12, 2025.

Pamela O’Leary, 74, a longtime real estate agent who transformed her farmhouse into a showcase of interior design and was especially known for her holiday decorating, cooking, and chocolate chip cookies, died Sept. 5, 2025.
