Currently 1,000 CL&amp;P customers are without power in Monroe. CL&amp;P is working to fix these outages. In the meantime the Edith Wheeler Memorial Library will be open as a warming center until 9 p.m. tonight. Any further information will be broadcast via Code Red Advisory Message. Thank you.
