The Jensen Tire &amp; Automotive family of Monroe and Trumbull will donate 100 turkeys to the Monroe Food Pantry for families in need for their Thanksgiving day dinners. "The Jensen's would like to ask their customers and the community to help them raise the rest of the fixings to help the families in need, so they can make their Thanksgiving better," said Rhonda Rooney, a board member for the Monroe Food Pantry.She said Jensen Automotive will have donation boxes at both locations, 242 Roosevelt Drive in Monroe and 6746 Main Street in Trumbull."Another way to help is if you shop at Big Y and are not using the $7 coupon they are giving customers towards turkeys," Rooney said. "We ask that you leave it at the service desk for the Monroe Food Pantry and the pantry can use these coupons towards the purchase of the turkeys."
