MONROE, CT — The Monroe Police Department recently hosted their 2016 Tip a Cop at Roberto's Restaurant in Monroe. Thanks to the generosity of all who came out, the department raised $2,300 for Special Olympics of Connecticut.Sergeant Pete Howard organized the event and Roberto's hosting it.
