Monroe Resident Honored By Oil And Energy Trade Group
Monroe's Marty Briganti earns top service manager award from the National Association of Oil and Energy Service Professionals.
MONROE, CT — A local energy professional has received national recognition for his leadership and service in the heating and energy industry.
Marty Briganti of Standard Oil in Monroe was named the Ralph Adams Memorial Service Manager of the Year by the National Association of Oil and Energy Service Professionals (OESP). The award was presented during OESP’s annual Eastern Energy Expo held in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Briganti was one of eight honorees recognized by the organization for excellence in service, education, and leadership across the industry in 2024-25.

“OESP has the tremendous benefit of countless volunteers who are committed to advancing the association, as well as the entire industry,” said Matt Spink of Platinum Energy Group in East Meadow, New York, and chair of the OESP Awards Committee. “These individuals represent the best in our industry this year, and it is our privilege to bestow these national awards for their excellence and dedication.”
OESP President Bob O’Brien echoed those sentiments, calling the honorees exemplars of the organization’s values.
