The parking lot opens for attendees to decorate the trunks of their cars at 2 p.m. Trick-or-Treating starts at 3 p.m. followed by a costume parade at 4 p.m.Grab your ghouls and goblins and Trick-or-Treat around the parking lot, enjoy some festive Halloween-themed arts and crafts and come dressed up and ready to show off your decorated trunks and costumes.An entrance fee of $5 per person will benefit Project Warmth," a charitable organization that helps Monroe area residents in need stay warm during the cold winter months.No admittance is allowed unless guests are distributing candy.
