Panera Bread And A New Dunkin Among Businesses Opening In Monroe
Construction of a new stand-alone Dunkin restaurant in Village Square has just received the approval it needed from the state DOT.

MONROE, CT — The town will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Panera Bread on Wednesday, when the soup-and-sandwich emporium joins the growing list of businesses stepping onto the stage in Monroe, or waiting in the wings.
The new Panera, at 205 Monroe Turnpike near Purdy Hill Road, will be open 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day except Sunday, when it will open at 7:00 a.m.
It joins Golf Oasis, a new indoor golf simulator and lounge that opened at 695 Main Street earlier this year. A Little More Space, a two-level climate controlled self-storage facility, is planned at the former Stevenson Lumber site on Monroe Turnpike.
