Ronald H. Plude Sr., 89, passed away on Feb. 5, 2025, after a career as a truck driver and home builder, alongside years of community involvement as Chairman of the Monroe Historic District Commission, a member of the Republican Town Committee, and a dedicated Monroe Lions Club board member.
Thelma Kay (Ulbrich) Inderdohnen, 91, passed away on Feb. 1, 2025, after a career as Town Clerk and Registrar of Vital Statistics, a part-time Library Aide, and years of community service as Deputy Republican Registrar of Voters, Police Commissioner, Town Council member, and an active participant in St. Stephen’s Roman Catholic Church.

Richard Anthony Augustinsky, 78, passed away on Jan. 18, 2025, after a career as a Master Sergeant in the CT National Guard, a salesperson for Moore Business Forms, an avid Amtrak traveler, a devoted Catholic Eucharistic Minister, and a dedicated family man known for his home-cooked meals and deep patriotism.
Robert “Bob” Lloyd Wheelin, 75, passed away on Jan. 16, 2025, after a career in the oil and gasoline industry, nearly 20 years as a volunteer firefighter and EMT, longtime service with the Knights of Columbus, and a retirement spent enjoying daily drives, supporting his parish, and working as a bus monitor for special needs children.
