Police Arrest a Trumbull Woman for DUI

Officers responding to a call about an erratic driver on Monroe Turnpike Nov. 13 found a blue Nissan fitting the description pulling out of the McDonald's parking lot at around 11:05 p.m., according to the report.

Police said the Nissan swerved over the center line several times as the officers followed it south on Route 111, so the driver was pulled over.

Lisa Pazmandi, 45, of Fernwood Road in Trumbull, the driver of the Nissan, appeared to be confused, had slurred speech, bloodshot and glass eyes and the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath, police said. Field sobriety tests determined she was under the influence and breath tests at headquarters showed a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, the report said.
