From its checkerboard floor dining area to its pink flamingo-themed restroom, the ice cream shop appears to have been scooped out of another, peach-tinged era.
Uncle Al's Ice Cream shares a parking lot at the Ganim Stepney Village strip mall with a cigar lounge, professional staffing service, and record shop, among other small businesses. The listing agent touts the business as ideal for a snowbird looking to winter in Florida for two months or more out of the year.
