Walgreens Reports a Counterfeit Twenty

An employee of Walgreens pharmacy, 275 Monroe Turnpike, told police he was counting the money for the day on Dec. 27 when he discovered what he believed to be a counterfeit $20 bill.

Police said he does not know when it was received or who gave it to the clerk, adding the questionable bill was taken to headquarters for further investigation.
