Woman Charged In Monroe Home Theft: Report

This is the second arrest made in connection with the theft, that took place in August.

MONROE, CT ― A second arrest was made last week in connection with a theft from a home on Jockey Hollow Road in August, reports the Monroe Courier. Bianca Garnett, 26, of Waterbury was arrested on a warrant at Bridgeport Superior Court.

Garnett was hired to house-sit while they were away. Police said Garnett allowed other people in the home, and $4,000 in items were stolen.

Jennifer Spezzano, 38, was arrested in September for stealing tools from the home and selling them at a pawn shop.
