MONROE, CT ― A second arrest was made last week in connection with a theft from a home on Jockey Hollow Road in August, reports the Monroe Courier. <a href="https://www.monroecourier.com/52476/second-arrest-made-in-jockey-hollow-road-home-theft/?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+MonroeCourierNews+%28Monroe+Courier+%C2%BB+News%29" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Bianca Garnett, 26, of Waterbury</a> was arrested on a warrant at Bridgeport Superior Court. Garnett was hired to house-sit while they were away. Police said Garnett allowed other people in the home, and $4,000 in items were stolen. <a href="https://patch.com/connecticut/monroe/woman-stole-pawned-tools-monroe-home-police-0">Jennifer Spezzano, 38,</a> was arrested in September for stealing tools from the home and selling them at a pawn shop.
