UNCASVILLE, CT — A lucky player won $940,658 at Mohegan Sun recently. The Connecticut resident was playing on a Spanish 21 table in Casino of the Sky on Dec. 4 when they hit the Triple Diamond progressive jackpot.

The player was dealt a “21,” which earned them a spin on the wheel thanks to the $5 side bet, according to the resort casino.

That same day, a Blackstone, Massachusetts resident, Mark “Johnny Jackpot” Wisniewski, walked away with a massive jackpot while playing in Casino of the Sky. “Johnny Jackpot” was playing on an IGT Triple Double Bonus Poker machine when he spun quad Aces and won $100,000.

Last month, a player won $480,913 on a $5 side bet at Mohegan Sun.
