According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning ticket was sold in Waterbury.
NAUGATUCK, CT - A Naugatuck resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Waterbury earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 9, Carol Douty, of Naugatuck, purchased a 30X CASH 7th Edition ticket from the R A Hafeez Corporation in Waterbury and won $30,000.
