Pedestrian Dies After Being Hit By SUV In Waterbury: PD
The victim has been identified as a Waterbury resident, according to police.
WATERBURY, CT — A city resident died after being struck by an SUV early Monday morning, according to police.
Sgt. Joseph Morais said the accident happened around 06:05 a.m. at the intersection of Highland Avenue and West Main Street.
The pedestrian, Raul Natal Jr., 55, of Waterbury, was rushed to a local area hospital, but he later died due to his injuries, police said.

The driver of the SUV remained on scene and cooperated with police, according to Morais.
An investigation is ongoing, with no charges filed to date, police said.
