A 45-year-old Naugatuck man was arrested Feb. 8 on multiple charges after he allegedly threatened his wife with a pellet gun.
The arrest came about after police responded to a Spruce Drive residence on report of a domestic disturbance between a husband and wife.
"During an argument the accused stabbed a wall with a kitchen knife," the report states. "The accused then took a handgun out and pointed it at the victim. When the officers arrived it was determined the handgun was a pellet gun."

The man, a resident of Bird Road, was arrested on charges of brandishing of facsimile firearms, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, and second-degree reckless endangerment.
He was released on a $10,000 surety bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Feb. 10.
