CNA at a local nursing home

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
This is Caroline’s first job as a nurses aide. She was hired as a per diem aide and has worked full time hours since day one. She knows this is a critical situation for nursing homes and has stepped up to care for the most comprised citizens in our community.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
Caroline truly cares for her residents. Bringing a smile to their face makes her day happier.
