Stolen Box Truck Hits Several Vehicles, Police Cars In Waterbury: PD

WATERBURY, CT — A portion of a road is closed Wednesday afternoon after a stolen box truck struck several cars, including police vehicles, in Waterbury, according to police.

In a news release, police said the driver of the box truck was arrested in the area of 300 Grand Street.

Minor injuries have been reported at this time and the area is currently closed to traffic, according to police.

Police also noted they are still investigating the incident and additional information would be released as it becomes available.
