Waterbury Mail Carrier Robbed, Suspects Sought

A mail carrier was robbed by two suspects in Waterbury, according to the Postal Inspector's Office.

WATERBURY, CT β€” The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $50,000 after the armed robbery of a letter carrier.

The incident occurred around 5 p.m. Jan. 31 on the 100 block of Beverly Avenue. Two suspects approached the carrier and stole items. They fled in a black SUV.

The inspection service is offering the reward for the arrest and conviction of the suspects. Anyone with information is asked to contact the inspection service at 1-877-876-2455.
