Wisconsin Man Extradited To CT, Charged With Theft, Sale Of Firearm: Naugatuck Police
A Wisconsin man accused of stealing and selling a shotgun was recently arrested and extradited to Connecticut, according to police.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Wisconsin man accused of stealing and selling a shotgun in 2021 was recently arrested and extradited to Connecticut, according to Naugatuck police.
In a news release, police said they received a report in September 2021 of a shotgun having been stolen and sold without the owner's knowledge.
After further investigation, officers determined Hector Cuadrado, 29, of Menasha, Wis., sold the shotgun over owed money and was unable to recall who he sold it to, according to police.

A warrant was later issued for Cuadrado's arrest, police said.
In January, the department was informed Cuadrado had been arrested and was being held at Outagamie County Jail in Wisconsin, according to police.

Naugatuck officers extradited Cuadrado back to Connecticut on Jan. 31. He was charged with stealing a firearm and illegal sale of a firearm.
Cuadrado was held on $100,000 bond and was arraigned in court Tuesday, according to police.
