Some interesting items for Wednesday, July 24

- Hey New Canaan, your weather outlook today is mostly sunny with a high in the mid-80s again, according to Weather.com.
- Over at the Ferguson Library in Stamford, they're showing Bonnie & Clyde and a New Canaan animal enthusiast is going to be showing off some Animals [that] Dig the Dirt. At the New Canaan Library, there's drop-in story time and the SLERP Digital Treasure Hunt.
- An interesting item from nearby Greenwich: a man tried to break into a home by scaling an exterior wall of the house. Police have not said whether the man had any relation to Peter Parker.
- If you didn't get enough sidewalk-sale action Saturday, today is the High Ridge Shopping Center's Sidewalk Sale, so head on over to Stamford just off the Merritt and check it out beginning at 10 a.m. Lots of great shops, and the High Ridge Center Farmer's Market is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through October (It's also there Sundays, also limited through October).
