New Canaan Chicken Coming to Elm Street: Report

It appears it didn’t take long to fill the void created by the closing of Chicken Joe’s.

The Elm Street restaurant reportedly will reopen this week as New Canaan Chicken under the ownership of Norwalk resident Pren Lleshdedaj, according to The New Canaanite.

Lleshdedaj said he has hired three chefs from Chicken Joe’s to work the eatery at 151 Elm St. and he may be open for business, starting Thursday.
