A New Haven resident won $10,000 on a Bonus Bingo Multiplier scratch ticket that was sold at Quinnipiac Shell at 1228 Quinnipiac Avenue in New Haven, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners' full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
