Charter of Woodbridge Celebrates "Re-Grand Opening"

Multi-million dollar investment made to assisted living, memory care, and common areas

Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge celebrated the "re-grand opening" of their 330 Amity Road, Woodbridge campus with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting and reception yesterday. Over the last year, millions of dollars have been invested throughout the facility's 112 assisted living resident units, memory care services, dining rooms, and common areas. Further renovations are ongoing throughout the grounds.

Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge Executive Director Lisa Mierek, Director of Sales and Marketing Kati Milewski, and Charter Senior Living's Regional Director of Operations, Ryan Uhlman were joined by Mica Cordozo, First Selectman of Woodbridge, and Amity Chamber of Commerce CEO, Barry Lee Cohen, along with Charter team members, residents, Chamber members, and business leaders throughout the Amity Region.

The ribbon cutting, led by Charter resident Jay Nathans, was followed by a reception that enticed guests to explore each floor of the facility. Each "tour stop" featured fall-inspired beverages, gourmet appetizers, and desserts that guests indulged in while interacting with Charter staff who addressed enhancements made throughout the facility, and the organization's personalized approach to care.
