The city's Department of Arts, Culture, and Tourism shared a lineup of diverse events and to continue the Elm City’s broader effort, as outlined in its Cultural Equity Plan, of providing equitable arts programming and opportunities for all residents, with an emphasis on the inclusion of those who have been historically underserved by the City’s arts and cultural institutions.
