"Since 1925, Frank Pepe’s has been serving Connecticut’s best pizza, made with coal-fired ovens for that crispy, irresistible crust. Whether you’re a fan of the famous white clam pizza or a traditional Margherita, Frank Pepe’s will leave you craving more. A New Haven institution, indeed."

Pepe's, with an original location on Wooster Street, originated the New Haven-style thin crust pizza that's both crispy and chewy thanks to special coal-fired ovens.
