Janet (Logioco) DeMaio obituary: Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, East Haven

Janet (Logioco) DeMaio, 78, of Branford, Connecticut, formerly of New Haven, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2025, at Ark Healthcare at Branford Hills. Born on November 13, 1946, in New Haven to the late Mariano and Marjorie (DeWolfe) Logioco.

Janet was known for her kind heart and love of animals, especially horses, dogs, and her cherished cat, Frisky. A graduate of Wilbur Cross High School, she dedicated her career to working as an administrator for the State of Connecticut.

She is survived by her loving brother, John Logioco (Marie) of Middletown, New Jersey; nephews John Logioco Jr. (Arline) of Fair Haven, New Jersey, and Jeff Logioco (Pam) of Jamestown, Rhode Island; and four cherished great-nieces and great-nephews, Oliver, Tucker, Lucy, and Charlotte Logioco.

Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 11:30 AM in All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Ave., North Haven, CT. Please meet directly at the cemetery office. All services are under the care of the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, CT.
