Man, 34, Critically Injured In Shooting: New Haven Police

NEW HAVEN, CT — A 34-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot multiple times, police said.

At 8:24 p.m. Thursday, police responded to the intersection of Winchester Avenue and Highland Street. Police found a 34-year-old man who had suffered a gunshot wound.

Emergency responders arrived and performed aid, police said. He was taken to a local hospital, and it was learned that he suffered from "multiple gunshot wounds," police said.

He is in critical but stable condition.
