NEW HAVEN, CT —Just minutes after midnight, a New Haven man was stabbed in the back in the area of Shelton Avenue and Reed Street, police said. Taken to Yale New Haven Hospital, his injuries were deemed non-life-threatening, police said. Investigators found the crime scene and interviewed the victim, who said he was "stabbed following an argument with another male," New Haven police spokesperson Christian Bruckhart said. Police ask that anyone with information to please contact investigators at 203-946-6304 or the department's anonymous tip line at 866-888-8477.
