The winning scratch ticket worth $10k was recently sold at a New Haven business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
NEW HAVEN, CT - An East Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in New Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 8, Robert Finkle, of East Haven, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from the 7-Eleven Store in New Haven and won $10,000.
